Ceriated- Tungsten Electrode

1.Ceriated - tungsten electrode perform best in DC welding at low current settings but can be used proficiently in AC processes. With its excellent arc starts at low amperages, ceriated tungsten has become popular in such applications as orbital tube and pipe fabricating, thin sheet metal work, and jobs involing small and delicate parts.

2.Argon arc welding with WC20  tungsten electrode (EWCe - 2) cathode spot small, pressure drop, not burning, ceriated tungsten electrodes usually contains 2% cerium oxide, used in dc or ac, it is mainly used for dc welding, welding to communicate in English fluently, cerium tungsten electrode is easy to use.

3.Advantages: ceriated tungsten electrode (EWCe - 2) service life is longer, no radiation, melting rate is low.Cerium tungsten electrode is the best product, under low flow welding is also used for other low current welding such as small and complicated parts.

4.Application: mainly used in carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon bronze, copper, bronze, titanium welding materials.
